
Valentine’s Day is restaurants’ busiest day of the year, which is why Ripple worked with Restaurant Opportunities Center United on February 14 to release their new reports on the wages and working conditions of restaurant workers in Los Angeles, Miami and Washington, DC. The studies demonstrated that workers in these cities lack paid sick days, fair wages and access to health insurance; and experience racial discrimination.
