Who We Are

Founders Shayna Samuels and Glenn Turner have more than two decades of consulting and public relations experience between them.

Shayna Samuels

Prior to co-founding Ripple Strategies, Shayna was an Account Executive at Fenton Communications, the nation's largest progressive P.R. firm. There she worked with a variety of clients including Amnesty International, Ben and Jerry's, the Ford Foundation, Rock the Vote and the World Wildlife Fund. Later she became Deputy Director of Communications at the Drug Policy Alliance where she managed, created and implemented several media campaigns to promote public health alternatives to the war on drugs. She is also a freelance writer and has been published in the New York Times, New York Observer, New York Post, Dance Magazine and the Village Voice.

Glenn Turner

Glenn Turner has been publicizing people, ideas and companies that he believes in for as long as he can remember. Prior to co-founding Ripple Strategies, he was Partner and Director of Business Development at Realitivity Ventures, a software development and consulting firm that specialized in custom database applications and list management services. In this role, he worked with clients on how to streamline and automate workflow processes by taking an aerial perspective of the project, then working the details down to the ground level in order to establish a practical and efficient strategy. He brings this perspective to each Ripple client.

Glenn was previously Chief Financial Officer of May Turner Capital Group LLC, an NASD member broker-dealer; and Managing Director of hgTurner, an SEC Registered Investment Advisor.
